Welcome to Frozen Logistics. By registering an account and using our premium cold-chain delivery store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Operational Protocol & Fulfillment
All orders placed on our store bypass standard card billing and are routed directly to our WhatsApp operations team. By submitting an order, you agree to purchase the specified quantities and city hub assignments. Immediate stock reservation is processed upon checkout redirection.
2. Order Verification & Delivery PIN
Upon creating an order, a unique 4-digit Verification PIN is generated. You must present this PIN to the delivery rider to release the shipment and complete fulfillment. Orders cannot be released without verifying this PIN.
3. Manual Payments & Confirmations
Payment confirmations must be processed manually via WhatsApp by presenting valid proof of bank transfer. The store administrators reserve the right to reject/cancel orders if valid proof of payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, which automatically restores reserved stock levels.
4. Cold-Chain Integrity
Our hubs monitor real-time telemetry (temperature and humidity) during transit to ensure premium quality. However, once the delivery PIN is verified and delivery is complete, risk of thawing and product maintenance transfers entirely to the recipient.
5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Storage
To facilitate order fulfillment, delivery details collected at checkout (including your name, delivery address, and phone number) will be shared directly with our assigned dispatch riders. All system data, including orders and telemetry, is securely stored on servers hosted by our third-party database provider (Supabase). While these third parties are not authorized to use your data for any other purpose, we reserve the right to aggregate and analyze the collected data to compute our annual system KPI performance metrics.
